Doing the scary stuff.

Have you found that usually the anticipation to doing something is often the scariest part of it.

And then when you have done the thing it really wasn't as scary as your mind made it to be.

Launching Her Story was terrifying for me.

I thought I needed hand holding to do it and then realized my vision was getting lost along the way.

Then I lost the joy and excitement I had for it and went silent.

Here I am along the journey of launching it for real and yes it still terrifies me.

You see along the way I am sharing my vulnerability and my fears and my truths and my story.

I am opening up my world in the hopes it resonates with you.

I know for a lot of women getting their portrait taken is terrifying and scary too.

I want you to know you can trust me to capture some of the most beautiful portraits you have ever seen of yourself.

We plan the session together and the outfits and how you want to be seen.

For me, it is much more than me taking your portrait. It is about building a trusting relationship and friendship along the way.

As women it often is about the connection and others just getting us.

We all have a story and a journey and I want to capture that and show you what I and others see.
